SACRO METHOD

The sacral respiratory points, or reproductive energy, also related to water because the bladder is located there, are a point of waste, but also of alchemy, as things are transformed, things are created. When breathing through this point, we can feel power upon inhaling, and when we exhale, we will feel pleasure, a liberation. This point can be exhaled through the sexual organ or through the posterior part at the end of the lower back.
